Plyometric training refers to any form of exercise that improves speed, movement, strength, and jumping ability. It involves explosive muscle movement such as jumping. Plyometric Boxes include a platform you can jump on to. Placing multiple in a sequence allows you to jump from surface to surface. The Champion Sports Plyometric Box Set includes 6 plyometric boxes (6in, 12in, 18in, 24in, and 30in). They are constructed of durable 15 gauge 1in welded tubular steel. They feature a 3/4in plywood landing pad with a 1/8in non-skid slip resistant rubber pad. The sturdy legs are constructed at a 6 degree angle to prevent tipping. Multiple boxes can be stacked for easy storage.
