Conduct short and lateral sprint drills with the Champion Sports Speed Harness. Two athletes can work together to control resistance levels and improve speed; one student holds the tubular steel handle while the other wears the nylon foam-padded harness. The handle has a foam rubber grip to prevent slipping. This model has a waist harness only.

The Speed Harness Basic has the same features as the Pro model without the shoulder harness.
