The Champion Sports Training Sled adds weight and resistance to your run, so you can increase speed and leg strength. This effective training sled is made of 1in rust-resistant galvanized steel. The padded steel plate is 10in L x 16in W and weighs 20 pounds. You can add extra weights to the sled to increase the resistance level.
