Q: How do I install these on my helmet.

A: Basically, you just insert the quarter-turn end into the plastic facemask fastener and opening through helmet and insert the retainer wire receptacle on the inside of the helmet. Push firmly on the quarter turn size and twist until it catches and locks on the wire on the piece inside the helmet.
