Designed by legendary knife maker Lynn Thompson, the Leatherneck Bowie delivers serious cutting performance in a purpose-built combat and utility blade. The 10.5-inch German D2 steel blade combines edge retention with corrosion resistance, while its stonewashed finish provides both aesthetic appeal and practical scratch concealment. A functional blood groove runs along most of the blade's length to aid in fluid dynamics and reduce drag during use. The handle features Cold Steel's durable Kray-Ex material in distinctive OD Green, reinforced with an extended guard and forward-curving quillons for secure grip control in demanding conditions. This limited production run represents a collector's piece—only 3,000 units were manufactured, each with its own serial number.
