Cold Steel Master Hunter Fixed Knife 3V Master Hunter (Stone Wash finish)

Built for hunters who demand serious edge performance in the field, the Cold Steel Master Hunter 36CB pairs a broad, 4.5" drop-point blade with premium American CPM-3V high carbon tool steel, a material prized among custom knife makers for its rare combination of toughness, edge retention, and chip resistance. American CPM 3-V can take an extremely fine edge which is highly chip-resistant, has proved very popular with custom knife makers, and is astonishingly tough and exceptionally wear resistant despite its cost. The stonewashed blade is hand-honed to a razor's edge and features a continuously curved cutting edge with a stout, sharp point that makes quick work of skinning and field dressing, even on larger game. The spine of the blade is a full 3/16 inch thick to allow for the necessary strength and stiffness to field dress and skin even the biggest animals. The handle is made from checkered, shock-absorbent Kray-Ex that stays grippy in wet, cold, or bloody conditions and holds up well even when worn with gloves, while remaining resistant to rot, cracking, and mildew over years of hard use. It ships complete with a Secure-Ex sheath designed to fit comfortably on most belts, packs, or rigs, giving you a ready-to-carry setup for hunting, camping, or general outdoor chores right out of the box.
