2 Year Limited Warranty
Crackshot Corporation products carry a 2 year limited warranty for manufacturer defects only. If within 24 months of purchase, a defect occurs in a Crackshot Corporation product as the result of normal use, obtain authorization and return the product for evaluation ****along with proof of purchase****. After review, you will be notified via email if your request for replacement is approved or denied. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 30 of days.
Exclusion
Exclusion examples would be excessive use or improper care of the product.
Warranty is for non-commercial use only.
Return of Defective Product
Once you have contacted Crackshot Corporation at 918-838-1272, and have a return authorization, send your item to: 3616 N. Columbia Ave. Tulsa Oklahoma 74110. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is a result of a manufacturing defect, we will pay for all shipping cost to send you the re-placement product via USPS, UPS ground only and FedEx ground only.
