Crimson Trace Kahr CW9-PM40 Poly Om FA

The Crimson Trace LG-437 Laserguard is purpose-built for Kahr's polymer-framed 9mm and .40-caliber pistols, including the CW9, CW40, P9, P40, PM9, PM40, TP9 and TP40. It mounts to the trigger guard and uses Crimson Trace's instinctive front-activation design, so the red laser switches on the moment you establish a natural firing grip — no separate button or switch to fumble for under stress. Construction pairs a rubber overmolded activation switch with a hard polymer diode housing, and the unit is engineered to add virtually no girth to the pistol, so it should still slide into a wide range of existing holsters. The laser itself is a 5mW peak, 633nm Class IIIa unit — the maximum output allowed by federal law — producing a dot approximately 0.5" in diameter at 50 feet, and both windage and elevation are user-adjustable for precise zeroing. Power comes from a single 1/3N 3V lithium battery (or two 357 silver oxide batteries), rated for over four hours of continuous on-time and a five-year shelf life, and the whole system is backed by Crimson Trace's 3-year complete warranty. Buyers who've installed the LG-437 on their Kahr pistols have described the mounting process as quick and straightforward, with sighting-in taking only a few minutes using the included hex wrench. Several owners running it on CW9 and similar Kahr models specifically called out how easily the laser activated on grip and how simple the windage/elevation adjustment was to dial in for their preferred distance. Note: this listing is for the Laserguard unit only — the firearm itself is not included.
