Hornady 204 Ruger 24gr NTX VarExp /20

Hornady's Superformance Varmint 204 Ruger load (item #83209) pairs a 24-grain NTX bullet with Hornady's Superformance propellant to boost velocity without added pressure, felt recoil, or fouling. Superformance Varmint ammunition delivers muzzle velocity increases of 100 to 200 feet per second from EVERY gun. Accuracy, increased range, flatter trajectory, less wind drift and devastating terminal results are all realized with Superformance Varmint ammunition. The 24gr NTX bullet is a polymer-tipped, lead-free projectile featuring a lead free alloy core, copper jacket and polymer tip , engineered for rapid expansion and fragmentation on varmint-sized game — making this load a good option where non-toxic ammunition is required. Muzzle velocity is rated at 4400 ft/s with 1032 ft-lbs of muzzle energy, using a brass case with a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.17. This load is loaded to full-power Superformance specs and Hornady notes optimal results are achieved in ALL firearms, including semi-autos , so it's suitable across bolt guns and semi-auto rifles chambered in 204 Ruger. Each box contains 20 rounds of factory-new, reloadable brass-cased ammunition.
