Hornady 223 Rem 75gr BTHP Match /20

Hornady's Match line .223 Remington 75gr BTHP (item #8026, 20 rounds per box) is loaded for shooters who want serious accuracy without the hassle of hand-loading. Every component is carefully selected for uniformity, then loaded to exacting specifications to provide pinpoint accuracy. The 75-grain boat-tail hollow point bullet is paired with cases carefully selected based on strict criteria: wall thickness uniformity, internal capacity, case weight and consistent wall concentricity , while powder is matched carefully to each specific load for optimal pressure, velocity and consistent accuracy . This attention to detail translates into real-world performance: the load runs a muzzle velocity of 2790 fps and muzzle energy of 1296 ft-lbs, with a .224 bullet diameter, .214 sectional density, and a .395 G1 ballistic coefficient, in reloadable brass cases . It's built for target, range, and competition use, and with extremely tight tolerances and strict quality control, this ammunition features superior lot-to-lot consistency — a key advantage for shooters who need predictable results box after box.
