Leupold DD Ruger American RVR 2-pc Matte

Built to secure a riflescope directly to a Ruger American receiver, this Leupold DD (Dual Dovetail) two-piece base mount is engineered for standard-to-magnum caliber rifles that generate significant recoil. Built for scopes on a Ruger American receiver, this Leupold two-piece Dual Dovetail (DD) base is designed for standard-to-magnum caliber rifles that generate significant recoil, making it a favorite for hard-hitting handguns and large-caliber rifle setups. The base is machined from steel and features the Dual Dovetail system's low-profile design for improved scope functionality . Its front and rear dovetail cutouts allow Leupold's steel DD rings to lock into place with a twist-and-lock action for a strong connection and precise sight-in, with ring heights available to bring your optic down low over the receiver for a more streamlined profile . Note that this listing is for the base only — it's compatible with most Leupold rotary dovetail rings, which are sold separately . It comes finished in matte black to blend with most factory rifle finishes and included mounting hardware for installation.
