Very pleased.

Gel packs are fine...but the real review is for Dowdle Sports. The supplier sent only 2 gel pks. instead of 2 cases (24). One call to Dowdle and the remainder of the shipment arrived within 3 days. I was given the option of a refund if I preferred. Very professional and helpful customer service. Thanks to the rep who helped (Bill?).
