The Sig Sauer Romeo1 Mini Reflex Sight (SOR11005) is a compact, open reflex optic built for fast, accurate target acquisition on today's most popular semi-automatic pistols. It uses a miniature, open reflex design that withstands the punishment of deployment while maintaining a confident zero, thanks to TruHold twin adjustment springs that provide a lock-less zeroing system . The housing is CNC-machined from a solid billet of magnesium for lightweight strength , while the molded aspherical lens is bright and distortion-free, with a red-notch coating that ensures a brilliant red dot . Brightness is handled through MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination), which powers the unit off when it isn't moving to save battery power while still remembering your last brightness setting , and it runs on a readily available CR1632 battery that is top-loading, allowing for quick replacement without removing the sight from the firearm . This SOR11005 configuration ships with the Handgun Adapter Pack of mounting plates and dovetails , giving it broad out-of-the-box compatibility across common pistol platforms rather than a single dedicated rail mount.
