YHM SHORT SRX MUZZEL BRAKE 1/2"-28

The YHM Short sRx Muzzle Brake in 1/2"-28 thread pitch is the compact muzzle device half of Yankee Hill Machine's sRx quick-detach suppressor mounting system, giving shooters a low-profile, snag-free brake on the barrel when a suppressor isn't attached. Identified by YHM as the sRx Short Muzzle Brake (YHM-4445-MB), it and its compatible Q.D. Adapter/Mounting Interface attach to the industry standard (HUB) 1-3/8" x 24 threads. A key feature is the sRx Mounting System's internal taper seal before the threads, which locks the muzzle device to the sRx HUB Adapter and forms a tight seal to contain carbon build up on the threads. Because it's a modular component, this brake must be paired with the separately sold YHM sRx Adapter (YHM-4400) to complete the mounting system and enable suppressor use. The design is engineered to be timeless with no need to shim or time to the barrel, thanks to a large taper in front of the threads that allows for consistent mounting , and it is finished in durable black Melonite for corrosion resistance and a low-glare appearance.
